Terms of Service

These terms cover the Blueberry Mac app and blueberry.cool, made by Derainged LLC (“Blueberry”, “we”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Your account

You need an account to use Blueberry. Keep its sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Using Blueberry

• Blueberry works with your own Messages and, if you connect them, your own calendars. Only connect accounts you are allowed to use.
• Blueberry suggests and sorts; you decide. Nothing is sent to anyone until you press send, and you are responsible for what you send.
• What Blueberry finds in your messages comes from automated analysis and can be wrong. Check dates, times and details before you rely on them.
• Do not use Blueberry to break the law, to harass anyone, or to get around its limits, and do not try to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

Plans and payment

Blueberry starts with a free trial. After it, Blueberry Pro is billed through Stripe at the price shown on our pricing page when you subscribe, monthly or yearly, and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires, payments are not refunded.

Other services

Blueberry relies on Apple’s Messages and Calendar apps and, if you connect it, Google. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them. Google Calendar access is used only as our Privacy Policy describes, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Our rights and yours

Blueberry, its design and its code belong to Derainged LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app while you follow these terms. Your messages and calendars remain yours.

Ending

You can stop using Blueberry and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or stop the service; if we stop it, we will tell you first and refund any unused time you paid for.

Disclaimers and liability

Blueberry is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before it applies; continuing to use Blueberry after that means you accept it.
